PASSABLENESS OF THE CAR

The piston finger of floating type has the form of the hollow cylinder. It provides connection of the piston with a rod and is kept from axial displacement in piston lugs by lock rings. The surface of a piston finger is covered by cementation and tempered by currents of high frequency.
The rod serves for connection of the piston with cranked shaft of the engine and transfer at a working course of pressure of extending gases from the piston to a cranked shaft. Make a rod of the carbonaceous or alloyed steel. During auxiliary steps from a cranked shaft through a rod the piston is put in action. The rod consists of the top one-piece head with запрессованной the plug from bronze and a demountable bottom head. Loose leaves of the bottom head of a rod are made of the steel or steel-aluminium tape covered with a layer.
